Our fee for a nationwide, state or county specific public record search of any kind is a flat $69.00 per search with a three-business day turn-around, or $99.00 for a same day response. We will meet or beat any of our competitor’s prices, providing that a professional conducts the search for you. We do not compete with bogus “subscribe to our database” companies.
We will conduct up to two searches
in the same database for the stated flat rate if the searches
are related to the same person or entity. For example, there
is no additional fee if you want a search with and without
the subject’s middle name, a search of both a woman’s
maiden and married name or if you want to search a company
as well as the individual owner. Fees are negotiable for multiple
searches, especially for bulk searches.
CERTIFICATIONS OR AFFIDAVITS
Preparation or execution
of a certification or affidavit is not included in our flat
rate. A “certification” is a written analysis
made under penalty of perjury that explains what services
were provided and the results thereof. The fee for a
certification is determined on a case-by-case basis, which
is usually a flat $100.00 unless the search results are extraordinarily
extensive. Certifications range from a simple one-page statement
to a dozen or more pages depending upon the depth of the search
results.
